	How is the teachersPet different from the standard audiovisual carts we already have?
	The teachersPet is a fully functional mobile multimedia workstation on wheels. Unlike standard AV carts, the teachersPet is completely self-contained. That means no more fussing with cables or trying to figure out how components work together. Everything is prewired at the factory so presenting is a snap! Also, everything in the teachersPet is mounted with security screws to help prevent theft, which can be a problem on many school campuses. And the best part of the teachersPet is that it and all of its components are completely covered by an exclusive 5-YEAR WARRANTY. No other manufacturer or AV cart in the industry offers this kind of support.
	Can I get the teachers pet empty?
	The teachersPet comes designed and pre-wired with equipment from specific manufacturers who we work with to allow us to offer an exclusive 5-year warranty. This warranty guarantees everything in the product (with the exception of the LCD lamp) for a full 5 years from the date of delivery.

	How is the warranty handled?
	The warranty is handled on a “depot basis”. This means that it is the client’s responsibility to remove the defective equipment from the teachersPet and return it to CVN for repair or replacement. CVN will return the equipment in good working condition. Reinstalling the equipment is the client’s responsibility.
	Can I get the teachersPet in different colors?
	The teachersPet comes standard with a maple finish. If ordered in quantity, the teachersPet can be customized to any color or set of colors. Ask sales representative for details.
	What are the minimum computer requirements for compatibility with the teachersPet?
	The teachersPet will work with any computer, PC or MAC.

	How do I hook up my computer to the teachersPet?
	The teachersPet comes standard with a computer connection (VGA) cable and power supply built in to the unit. As an option, the teachersPet can be customized with a computer built in to its framework, or designed with a connection plate that can handle virtually any configuration of connections you may need (Cat5, firewire etc.). Ask sales representative for details.
	How difficult is it to setup?
	One of the best things about the teachersPet is that it is ready to use straight out of the box. Everything is prewired by CVN, so all you need to do is connect the power cord to the wall, then connect your computer and you are ready to go!
	Can I move it across a large campus?
	Yes! The teachersPet comes with large wheels that allow it to move freely around virtually any campus. For the ultimate in portability, pneumatic tires are available as an option.
	Can the teachersPet be used outdoors?
	Computer and video projection in general requires an environment where lighting can be controlled. However, for sound reinforcement at a large outdoor event, the assistantCoach is the perfect solution.
	Does it come with a computer?

	How quickly can I receive it after ordering?
	This can fluctuate depending on equipment availability, but typical delivery time is 2-3 weeks from date of order.
